We aim to get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you'll find all the details of our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on your delivery location, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping partners include: [Verzenddiensten, bv. Canada Post].
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.
5. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
- The customer is responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered to their home or a pickup point, and for collecting it there if required.
- If delivery is taking longer than expected or something seems wrong, please email us first at info@ashfordtoronto.com — we ask that you do this before contacting your bank or payment provider about a chargeback or refund, though this request does not limit any right you may separately have to do so.
6. Responsibility Once Shipped
- Where tracking information confirms the package has been delivered, responsibility for the package lies with the customer.
- Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order, via info@ashfordtoronto.com.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation regarding delivery of goods, including any rights that apply if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time.
8. Additional Terms for Quebec Residents
If you reside in the Province of Quebec, this policy is also subject to the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), including its disclosure requirements for delivery timelines in distance-selling contracts. In accordance with the Charter of the French Language, a French-language version of this policy is available to you.
