1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Typographical or pricing errors may occur; no rights can be derived from such errors, and we reserve the right to correct them and, where necessary, cancel and refund an affected order.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Available payment methods ([Payment Providers]) may vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for confirming which payment methods are available in their region.

4. Processing and Delivery

  • Processing (dispatch) time: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
  • Shipments are sent directly from our supplier in China; customs duties or import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
  • The timeframes stated are estimates. Delays caused by high order volume, holidays, or customs procedures do not, on their own, entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive a refund, except where required by applicable law.

5. Returns and Cancellations

See our separate Return Policy for full conditions. Orders generally cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. We ask that you contact us at info@ashfordtoronto.com before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — though this request does not limit any right you may separately have to do so.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping where tracking confirms the package was delivered to the address provided. Please always double-check your address details carefully. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian federal or provincial law (for example, liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of non-waivable consumer protection rights).

All content on this website (text, photos, logos, design) is the property of Ashford Toronto and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@ashfordtoronto.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints about sizing or quality, please always include clear photos and a description of the issue.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation, including implied warranties as to the quality and fitness of goods sold.

10. Additional Terms for Quebec Residents

If you reside in the Province of Quebec, these Terms are also subject to the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec). Mandatory provisions of that Act — including disclosure requirements for distance contracts and the legal warranty of quality — apply and cannot be waived or limited by these Terms. In accordance with the Charter of the French Language, a French-language version of these Terms and our website is available to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Provincie, bv. Ontario] and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where you are a resident of Quebec, mandatory provisions of Quebec law prevail in the event of any conflict.
